We will give you a firm price at the time of order but guidelines are:

Small ground floor shop/ single floor office
 up to 100sq metre/ starter industrial unit                                     from £150-00

2 Storey office block/shop/small guest house(3 bed)                     from £175-00

Medium sized guesthouse/small pub/3 storey shop/offices             from £200-00
